The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a growing refurbishment and fit out contractor delivering pub refurbishment projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to oversee multiple fast-track hospitality projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. The role will involve regular travel across the country, typically within a 4-hour radius of the South Wales office.
Role Overview
- Overseeing multiple pub refurbishment and fit out projects.
- Managing Site Managers and operational teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Managing programme, quality and operational performance.
- Supporting commercial and procurement processes.
- Coordinating project delivery across multiple live sites.
- Travelling nationally to support project teams.
About You
- Experience as a Contracts Manager within fit out or refurbishment.
- Background in hospitality, pubs or leisure projects.
- Strong operational and programme management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership ability.
- Based in South Wales with flexibility to travel extensively.
