Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of the factory by performing reactive and planned maintenance work, including electrical installations
  • Take ownership of the workshop, ensuring tools are correctly stored and ordering new stock when necessary
  • Teach junior engineering team members to company standard and promote their success where possible
  • Fault‑find electrical and mechanical components; read schematics, check I/O and HMI screens
