Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans we are looking for a Sales & Export Manager to take ownership of international growth within a well‑established manufacturer of construction machinery. The role is based at the Corby Head Office, Northamptonshire, with two days per week office‑based (Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4:30pm) and three days per week field‑based, including overseas travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow export markets – identify new regions, distributors, and partners.
  • Manage global accounts – build long‑term relationships and maximise revenue.
  • Navigate export processes – ensure compliance with documentation, regulations, and logistics.
  • Represent the brand overseas and in the UK – attend trade shows, visit distributors, and support customers on site.
  • Influence commercial strategy – contribute to pricing, product positioning, and market entry plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of export requirements and legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural sales ability to build on current relationships.
  • Experience in Export Sales, Machinery Sales, or Technical Sales positions.
  • Aspiration to convert prospect contracts and cultivate lasting partnerships.
