Our well-established client is based in Corby, and Barker Ross Group are currently supporting them with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis!

The hours of work will be 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, along with biweekly on call rotation duties. The salary offered is £65,000 per annum.

  • Line management of a team of multi skilled engineers
  • PPM and reactive maintenance schedule management
  • Budget responsibility for the engineering department
  • KPI metrics and analysis
  • Continuous improvement and compliance management
  • Health & safety management of the department
Role Requirements
  • Experienced Engineering Manager
  • Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
  • FMCG automated warehouse experience
  • Ability to produce and present KPI reports and performance metrics
