Our client is a growing principal contractor delivering retail, commercial and hospitality fit-out projects across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive successful delivery with autonomy and direct engagement with blue‑chip clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple fit-out projects from start to finish (typical project values £500k–£2m).
- Lead site teams and project teams to deliver quality results.
- Monitor programmes, budgets and overall project performance.
- Collaborate with the commercial team on costs, variations and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure high standards of health & safety and compliance across all sites.
About You
- Experience as a Contracts Manager (or a Senior Site/Project Manager ready to step up) with a main contractor.
- Background delivering retail, commercial or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organisational and client management skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence.
- Experience with Procore or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
