Role
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver regular toolbox talks.
- Manage subcontractors and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- CSCS card (required).
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification (SSSTS essential).
