About the Role:
Working as part of a regional team, you will deliver installation, maintenance, and repair services across commercial gas and heating systems. You will act as a key customer‑facing engineer, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and plant equipment
- Diagnose faults and attend emergency call‑outs (including out‑of‑hours)
- Carry out installations and system upgrades
- Provide technical advice to clients on asset management and replacements
- Support quotations by providing accurate job data (parts, labour, timelines)
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
- Act as a technical specialist within your team
Requirements:
- Current ACS / Commercial Gas qualifications (Gas Safe registered)
- Experience in commercial heating and mechanical services
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- IT literate (basic Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to participate in call‑out rota
