Key Responsibilities
- Perform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and other test equipment.
- Test, fault‑find and repair PCB assemblies and electro‑mechanical products down to component level.
- Carry out production, system and functional testing to internal and customer specifications.
- Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Build and configure test fixtures, jigs and ATS setups to support new and existing test processes.
- Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and wiring schematics to support troubleshooting.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve test coverage, quality and throughput.
- Maintain, calibrate and ensure correct operation of all test equipment.
Experience & Skills Required
- 5+ years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, test or repair.
- Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
- Confident in component‑level fault‑finding, rework and soldering.
- Experience with RF testing or RF equipment is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Familiarity with IP networks, embedded systems or wireless technologies is beneficial.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC‑610 desirable).
- Strong communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
- Degree/HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential.
