Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and other test equipment.
  • Test, fault‑find and repair PCB assemblies and electro‑mechanical products down to component level.
  • Carry out production, system and functional testing to internal and customer specifications.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods, documenting findings and corrective actions.
  • Build and configure test fixtures, jigs and ATS setups to support new and existing test processes.
  • Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and wiring schematics to support troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve test coverage, quality and throughput.
  • Maintain, calibrate and ensure correct operation of all test equipment.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, test or repair.
  • Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics.
  • Confident in component‑level fault‑finding, rework and soldering.
  • Experience with RF testing or RF equipment is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with IP networks, embedded systems or wireless technologies is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC‑610 desirable).
  • Strong communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Degree/HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential.
