Delta Personnel is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Labourers in Chichester. We are looking for reliable operatives to join a busy team carrying out roadside and public space maintenance across Horsham and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you will work as part of a team to keep highways, verges and public areas safe, tidy and well maintained.

  • Approximately 07:30 – 17:00
  • Long term work available
  • Temp to perm

Responsibilities

  • Grass cutting and strimming
  • Vegetation and overgrowth clearance
  • Hedge cutting and general grounds maintenance
  • Litter picking and keeping public areas clean
  • Using petrol powered equipment including strimmers and blowers
  • Supporting highways and environmental maintenance projects
  • Working safely in line with site procedures

Must Have / Qualifications

  • Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, labouring or outdoor work experience
  • Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable and hard working attitude
