Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting Machine operators on behalf of our client in the Bolsover / Markham Vale area.

Experience

  • Proven experience operating multiple types of automated production or assembly machinery, including packaging, end of line & automation
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience with machine changeovers, setups, and adjustments
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high‑volume or fast‑paced production settings

Technical Skills

  • Ability to operate and monitor a range of automated machines (primarily packaging & assembly)
  • Basic mechanical fault finding and first‑line maintenance
  • Understanding of tolerances and quality standards
  • Competent with production data recording systems or paperwork
  • Complete production to target output and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Support continuous improvement activities

Health, Safety & Quality

  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and safe working practices
  • Commitment to quality control and inspection procedures
  • Ability to identify defects and take corrective action
  • Compliance with ISO / GMP / Lean / 5S standards (where applicable)

Requirements

  • Flexible and willing to operate across different machines and departments
