What You Will Do:

  • Follow up on live quotations in the CRM and work systems, ensuring adherence to SLAs and maximising quote conversion rates.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the existing customer base and support the Business Development Manager in expanding accounts.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery schedules and manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong revenue pipeline while delivering outstanding service and driving sales growth.
