Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (DOE)

We are a studio of Chartered Landscape Architects with over 20 years of experience in landscape design and assessment services. We work closely with developers, local authorities, engineers and related professionals to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to complex site constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute masterplanning projects, including design coding and LVIA for medium to large residential developments.
  • Conduct Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and landscape character assessment and appraisal.
  • Provide creative green infrastructure and environmental design and management solutions.
  • Serve as the client‑facing point of contact, collaborating with partners and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
  • Proven track record in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and their application
  • Experience in landscape character assessment and appraisal
  • Creative interest in green infrastructure and environmental design and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CAD/GIS and graphic software proficiency desirable
  • Understanding of procedures and guidance for visualisation preparation desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels and across different disciplines
  • Full UK driving licence
