We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is customer focused, engaged, and capable of delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and schedule labour, plant and materials.
- Deliver safe and quality projects in line with programme, budget and specification.
- Ensure compliance with risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop site teams, including direct employees and subcontractors.
- Carry out site inspections, accurately recording details and following through with any actions.
- Work for multiple clients on a variety of projects, initially for our Manufacturing and Commercial clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in both civil engineering and building/refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of working in sensitive environments where protecting client interests is key (e.g., food hygiene, live manufacturing sites, high security sites).
- People management skills and the ability to build excellent relationships.
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships and demonstrate success.
- Hold SMSTS, CSCS (Management Level) and First Aid qualifications.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Effective IT skills across MS Office.
- Ability to effectively manage a high volume of workload.
