Following the successful award of several major schemes, they are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a £70m high‑rise development. This Design & Build project has a contract duration of 110 weeks and presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to play an integral role within the project team.
Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial and contractual delivery of the scheme, gaining valuable exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role within the construction industry
- Understanding of commercial processes, including valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g. JCT)
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
