- Build and integrate hardware, instrumentation and supporting systems
- Contribute to continuous improvements across testing capabilities and processes
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline
- Ability to design and assemble bespoke fixtures and prototype systems
- 3D CAD design
- Strong background in developing and running engineering test programmes
- Experience creating automated software tools using Python or similar
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and laboratory equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling technical data
