We provide fully integrated services, from concept design and installation to ongoing maintenance across a wide range of sectors, including education, commercial, residential, healthcare, defence, energy and leisure.
Your Role
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts.
- Prepare valuations, assess variations and manage final accounts.
- Support the procurement and tendering process for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Track project progress and deliver accurate commercial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with site teams, clients and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks while maximising opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with contract negotiation and administration, including NEC, JCT and other standard forms.
