Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a team dedicated to the provision of building management control systems nationwide, primarily within East Anglia.
  • Manage & engineer BMS projects to ensure that the works are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the specification.
  • Design, supply, programme and engineer Building Management Systems (Trend & Schneider).
  • Work with in-house coordinators, clients, contractors, consultants and project managers in project planning and forecasting, ensuring that the necessary resources, tools, equipment and material are available to complete a project.
  • Understand the project specification and translate it into a solution.
  • Prepare Description of Operation documents, control panel drawings and electrical installation line diagrams.
  • Prepare final documentation such as O & M manuals.
  • Engineer controller software, produce graphics and set up operator workstations.
  • Manage the on-site delivery of electrical installation & commissioning people.
  • Handover & demonstrate completed works.
  • Complete necessary administration documentation such as timesheets and expenses forms.
