Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team dedicated to the provision of building management control systems nationwide, primarily within East Anglia.
- Manage & engineer BMS projects to ensure that the works are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the specification.
- Design, supply, programme and engineer Building Management Systems (Trend & Schneider).
- Work with in-house coordinators, clients, contractors, consultants and project managers in project planning and forecasting, ensuring that the necessary resources, tools, equipment and material are available to complete a project.
- Understand the project specification and translate it into a solution.
- Prepare Description of Operation documents, control panel drawings and electrical installation line diagrams.
- Prepare final documentation such as O & M manuals.
- Engineer controller software, produce graphics and set up operator workstations.
- Manage the on-site delivery of electrical installation & commissioning people.
- Handover & demonstrate completed works.
- Complete necessary administration documentation such as timesheets and expenses forms.
