The Company

ATS Climate are a specialist HVAC solutions provider delivering high-quality service, maintenance, commissioning, and technical support across a range of commercial and industrial environments nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Service & Commissioning Engineer to join their expanding team.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position involving nationwide travel to customer sites carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning works across a wide range of HVAC systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring systems operate efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and maintenance of GHP units
  • Service and maintenance of AHU systems
  • Service and maintenance of Split, VRV, and VRF systems
  • Service and maintenance of boiler systems
  • Respond to breakdown callouts on critical HVAC systems
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works nationwide
  • Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and proactively report potential future system failures
  • Complete F-Gas and Gas Safe documentation and reports
  • Complete site service reports and point-of-work risk assessments
  • Set control panels, AHUs, fans, and associated mechanical plant to work
  • Troubleshoot systems during commissioning and develop effective solutions
  • Attend site to investigate faults and provide detailed findings reports
  • Learn and develop full commissioning capabilities across HVAC systems
  • Train clients and end users on the operation of installed systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the business

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial HVAC service and maintenance environments and be confident working independently on customer sites nationwide.
