ersg is recruiting for a Solar O&M Technician/Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a major Solar O&M contractor. The role is well-suited to candidates situated in and around Bristol and the South West. This role will see you servicing a portfolio of Utility-Scale Solar sites in the South West of England.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience of fault-finding and servicing string and central inverters, performing first-line inspection of panels, and general maintenance. Having experience of working on Power Electronics, SMA or Huawei inverters is beneficial.

Package on offer is dependent upon experience, and includes a vehicle and fuel card. Additionally, you will also receive private healthcare, pension, standby money for call-outs (1/month). There is also a strong roadmap for career development within this organisation.
