Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus Scheme.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Business hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm).

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll be the face of the business in the field—delivering expert service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment performs at its very best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimising customer downtime.
  • Respond to breakdowns, including managing equipment swap‑outs where required.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, monitoring stock levels and usage.
  • Deliver new equipment training and refresher sessions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and QHSES standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field‑based or technical role.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
  • An analytical mindset with good attention to data and reporting.
  • Interest in the healthcare sector (desirable, but not essential).
