Key Responsibilities- Lead integrated planning across multiple project levels ensuring alignment and consistency
- Develop and maintain logic-linked schedules aligned to WBS structures
- Analyse risks and opportunities to inform planning strategy and delivery
- Produce timely, accurate planning reports for key stakeholders
- Challenge and optimise project delivery sequences and baseline schedules
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Monitor and manage trend and change processes within schedules
- Integrate MEH scope into wider project planning frameworks
- Ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned
- Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline – Mechanical or Electrical bias
- Proven planning experience in MEH works within regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of integrated planning methodologies
- Expertise in planning and project controls software
- Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
