An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing, independent multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions across infrastructure, residential, commercial and renewable energy projects throughout the UK. Based near Bristol, this position offers the chance to lead and develop a successful geo-environmental and geotechnical team while playing a key role in business growth and client development.
The Role
- Lead and manage geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from inception to completion.
- Provide technical oversight across ground investigations, contamination assessments, geotechnical design and remediation schemes.
- Mentor and develop engineers and consultants within the team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development, proposals, tenders and project delivery.
- Collaborate with specialists across environmental, planning and engineering disciplines.
