We're working with a growing drylining contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across the South West. They need a Site Manager who can take ownership on site, drive quality, maintain programme and keep subcontractors moving in the right direction.
This isn't a clipboard-and-coffee role. You'll be expected to lead from the front, solve problems, build relationships with clients and main contractors, and make sure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing drylining and SFS packages on site
- Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
- Driving programme and quality standards
- Attending site meetings with clients and main contractors
- Managing health & safety on site
- Ensuring works are delivered snag-free
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing drylining projects
- Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings and SFS
- Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
