Our client, a leading energy provider, is hiring for a Work Management Project Support role within their commissioning operations team at the HPC Power Station. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile project delivering future energy solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Organising work packages for maintenance teams, ensuring timely distribution and completion.
- Supporting the preparation of Work Authorisation Forms (WAF) to enable work to start on schedule.
- Processing completed work packs and ensuring accurate closeout procedures.
- Reporting on WAF progress and flagging potential issues to keep work on track.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of work management processes and tools.
- Gaining experience with Asset Suite and P6 planning tools, with full training provided.
- Collaborating closely with maintenance team leaders to ensure effective communication and readiness.
