We are recruiting for an experienced Stand Alone Site Manager to oversee a high-quality commercial office fit out project delivering both CAT A and CAT B works. The role is with a well-established design and build fit out contractor known for delivering premium commercial interiors, workplace refurbishments, and bespoke office environments across the UK. Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across CAT A and CAT B fit out works
  • Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and programme activities
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance is maintained throughout the project
  • Managing quality assurance and finishing standards
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Maintaining project records, reports, and site documentation
  • Driving programme performance and ensuring deadlines are achieved
  • Managing site logistics and overall site presentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects
  • Experience managing CAT A and CAT B office refurbishments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently as a stand-alone manager
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
