We are looking for a driven Process Technician to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6). Salary £36,271.07 pa (Basic £32,973.70 with a shift allowance of £3,297.37).

4 on 4 off Shift pattern – 2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off. 12 Hour shifts – Day: 06:00 to 18:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00. Permanent role.

As a Process Technician, you will be at the centre of the manufacturing operation, ensuring every batch of juice, smoothie and beverage is produced safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards. No two shifts are the same - you’ll be weighing and mixing ingredients, preparing recipes, carrying out quality checks and ensuring production has everything it needs to keep running smoothly while working to detailed instructions. You’ll also be involved in handling raw materials, moving ingredients into position and ensuring your work area remains clean, organised and safe throughout your shift. Ideally, you will be someone who enjoys taking ownership and staying one step ahead. You’ll manage your own production area, monitor stock levels, plan ahead to avoid downtime and work closely with colleagues to keep production moving efficiently.
