They are currently experiencing exciting growth plans with work orders and projects growing at a rapid rate, the company are looking to recruit a Quality Manager to lead and manage their growing team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Setting and delivering the quality policy and objectives, preparing reports to support on agreed basis
- Leading the quality team ensuring it operates in line with company policy and procedures
- Co-ordinating/leading relevant quality reviews on site
- Ensure effective quality controls for all aspects of the manufacture of product from PO to dispatch
- Confirmation that QMS conforms with relevant international and customer standards and is fit for purpose
- Interface with customers on quality requirements
- Interface with suppliers on quality requirements
- Lead Quality performance reviews (Business reviews, Customer reviews)
- Proactively lead defect prevention / data driven Quality projects and KPI's
- Provide reports detailing the cost of quality and preventive solutions - using non-conformance reporting as basis for this
- Liaise with Engineering departments, advise on quality procedures to ensure quality is maintained to the highest level possible.
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with company Health & Safety policy. Report and log Health & Safety incidents that occur Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
