We are currently looking for an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing social housing and refurbishment contractor working across planned maintenance, FRA, decarbonisation, and reactive works projects. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with cost management across multiple projects
- Supporting valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with Project Managers and Senior QS teams
- Managing subcontractor packages and applications
- Helping monitor project budgets and commercial performance
- Attending site visits and client meetings
- Assisting with procurement and tender support
