Key Responsibilities

  • Produce structural designs, calculations and technical reports.
  • Deliver projects across a range of sectors including new build and refurbishment.
  • Liaise with architects, developers, contractors and design teams.
  • Attend meetings and site visits to support project delivery.
  • Develop practical, efficient and cost‑effective engineering solutions.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to ensure high standards are achieved.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers where appropriate.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience working within a structural consultancy environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.
  • Familiarity with structural design software and AutoCAD/Revit would be beneficial.
  • Motivated, ambitious and keen to continue developing professionally.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Chartered or working toward Chartership (ICE / IStructE) is advantageous.
