Brookfield M&E is currently looking for a QA Electrical Supervisor to join a large residential project consisting of 300 units/commercial space in Bracknell. As the QA manager, you will be working under senior Mechanical & Electrical Project Managers and Supervisors to overview the project and gain a detailed understanding of their quality processes and systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement the company's quality processes and ensure work is carried out to high quality.
  • Conduct site inspections.
  • Provide written QC reports.
  • Prepare and evaluate technical submittals.
  • Assist PMs and Supervisors with quality matters.
  • Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and all other project-specific quality control reports.
  • Maintain QA procedures on site and keep all relevant records, files and reports for inspection.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings where required and assist QC Manager with all quality issues.
  • Assist the Project Team with any QA questions.
  • Maintain continuous reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare and track all RFIs.
  • Use software such as BIM 360 and Fieldview.
  • Conduct snagging of the installation during scheduled walk-downs and observations.
  • Prepare snag lists and sign off.
  • Ensure accuracy of packs before client handover.
  • Prepare reports for management on quality issues.
  • Conduct quality walk-arounds with teams.
  • Read and understand electrical & mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.

Compensation

Day rate of £280 – £300 per day.

Program Duration

This is a 2-year program and offers the chance to work on projects from start to finish.
