This Construction Management contractor delivers high-end construction and refurbishment projects across the Motorsport, Commercial Office, and Hi-Tech Engineering sectors. These high-end projects range in value, typically £2m–£20m, and are often technically challenging.
The company are now looking to enhance their preconstruction team with a Construction Design Manager. Working closely with the Estimating & Project Management teams, you will manage and coordinate the design and engineering process. You will be responsible for ensuring that consultants & construction partners develop technically robust and commercially sound solutions. You will often be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve value, buildability, and affordability for each project through the design process.
The company are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Construction Design Manager role. It is essential that the individual has worked on construction or refurbishment projects valued between £2m–£20m within the Commercial Office sector.
The candidate will be rewarded with:
- Basic salary of £80,000 – £90,000 DOE
- Annual bonus up to 40%
