Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing and fault-finding on Fire & Security systems
  • Completing preventative maintenance visits in line with industry standards
  • Attending reactive breakdown and emergency call-outs
  • Working across a range of Fire and electronic security equipment
  • Liaising directly with customers regarding appointments and system issues
  • Ensuring company vehicle stock is maintained appropriately
  • Completing all required documentation accurately
  • Participating in training courses and technical meetings when required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience within the Fire & Security or electrical sector
  • Broad knowledge of Fire Alarms and Security systems
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • A professional and reliable approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
