About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Planner to support the planning and control of building services and construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring programmes are accurate, well-managed, and aligned with contractual and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage building services project programmes
  • Integrate schedules with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, report performance, and update S-curves
  • Identify risks, delays, and early warnings, recommending mitigation actions
  • Conduct critical path analysis and support Earned Value Management
  • Prepare recovery plans where required
  • Lead planning meetings and ensure programme alignment across teams
  • Support bids and tenders with planning input
  • Coach and support other planners

About You

Essential

  • 5-10 years' experience in construction or MEP planning
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
  • Proficient in Asta Powerproject (essential)
  • Good knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience with Primavera P6
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Experience producing professional reports and presentations
