Job Summary: As a Senior Technical Officer, you will oversee gas compliance across a portfolio of over 5,000 residential properties, manage subcontractors, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations. The role is predominantly office‑based in Blackpool with some flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors carrying out gas servicing and maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with gas regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections of completed works.
- Support wider compliance activities and adopt new technologies to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Gas Qualified (Core Domestic Gas Safety Criteria Course, Commercial Gas Certificate, and LCL Level 3 in Gas Auditing).
- Experience within gas compliance, servicing, or maintenance.

- Commutable distance to Blackpool office and willingness to travel to sites.
