Working alongside industry experts with decades of experience in geothermal and heat pump technology, you'll have genuine ownership of projects from concept through to commissioning, while playing a key role in client management and technical leadership.
The Role- Lead the design and delivery of heat pump and HVAC projects.
- Produce and review technical reports, specifications, calculations, and system designs.
- Act as the technical lead and primary client interface on projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational performance reviews.
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers.
- Drive engineering quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience within Building Services, HVAC, Heat Pumps, Energy, or Mechanical Design.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, hydraulics, thermodynamics, and plant design.
- Experience producing engineering calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
- Knowledge of industry standards including CIBSE, BSRIA, and relevant British Standards.
- Strong client-facing and project delivery experience.
