The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.

Responsibilities include effective commercial control of all allocated projects/developments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in accordance with the Surveying timetable, particularly PPRs, elemental reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, etc. Establish appropriate targets/rates and remeasurement/evaluation of labour only/direct labour outputs. Manage cash effectively, pursuing timely Applications/Certification/Invoices/internal notices and receipts, while carefully administering subcontractor accounts and cultivating effective relationships to promote dispute avoidance.

Keep the Managing Surveyor informed of the progress of all accounts, both Client and Sub-contract, through to finalisation, including the release of retentions. Ensure, in conjunction with the Managing Surveyor, that payments/notices are made in accordance with the Sub-contract and Construction Act, identifying and communicating any commercial threats to Projects swiftly.

Contract Administration involves attending monthly project and client meetings, providing accurate and proficient surveying information and cost advice. Where required, ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of sub-traders and suppliers in liaison with the Managing Surveyor, optimising buying gain.

Timely production of the Main/Subcontract Final Accounts is essential, including re-measurement as necessary to facilitate optimum results and evaluation of all variations and loss and/or expense issues. Evidence suitable knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures regarding Health, Safety, the Environment, LIMS, I.T., and Human Resources.

Effective interaction with other members of the project team is crucial, promoting the commercial perspective on all issues. Form and develop relationships with clients, PQS, Design Team, and the supply chain. Work effectively with Site Management and the rest of the Team.
