Responsibilities
- Oversee a high‑quality range of fire‑rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Manage projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Carry out regular site visits across the UK, monitoring progress, resolving issues and providing updates on programme, budgets and resources.
- Travel may be required, visiting project sites to oversee progress, attend meetings and support delivery.
- Manage material procurement and coordinate deliveries to ensure projects run efficiently and without delay.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in line with specifications and programme.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work is completed to the required quality, health & safety and company standards.
- Responsible for projects ranging from £1k to £1m.
Qualifications
- Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems.
- Must have Project Management experience.
- Will have understanding of ISO9001 & related regulations.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.
- Must be a hard worker ready to get stuck in.
- High levels of organisation.
- Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
