The Company is a UK based FM company that delivers 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by our regional office network. We deliver engineering excellence across a wide range of buildings – from hospitality venues, grocers, health care, educational establishments, Government buildings and commercial properties.
The Role involves being responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU, FCU, and expansion vessels across various commercial buildings covering in and around Birmingham. You will be predominantly working on commercial heating plant although you will still be required to carry out general PPMs.
The Person must be an experienced heating engineer, having worked in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets.
Salary and Benefits include:
- Salary £48k - £55k depending on experience
- 30 minutes travel each way unpaid; travel after that is paid
- Private use of van
- 21 days holiday plus Bank holidays
- 3%/5% pension
- Call out rota is 1 in 8; standby allowance £150
- 40 hour week OT rates x1.5 and x2
