The Role
Are you hands‑on, practical, and eager to build a career in property maintenance? This role will give you experience across a variety of trades, including general repairs, while learning how to maintain a safe and efficient university environment. You will receive structured on‑the‑job training and support to complete a Level 2 Property Maintenance apprenticeship standard. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn within a busy Estates team.
