Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to take ownership of projects, leading schemes from design development through to delivery, while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:

  • Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
  • Develop and coordinate design proposals from concept through to construction
  • Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages using Revit
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day project running, managing programmes and deliverables
  • Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams
  • Support planning submissions, building regulations, and construction information
  • Attend site meetings and resolve design and technical issues throughout delivery

Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:

  • ARB registered Architect with experience in a UK architectural practice
  • Proven experience running projects through multiple RIBA stages
  • Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable
  • Strong design, technical detailing, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational and project management ability
