Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to take ownership of projects, leading schemes from design development through to delivery, while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:
- Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
- Develop and coordinate design proposals from concept through to construction
- Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages using Revit
- Take responsibility for day-to-day project running, managing programmes and deliverables
- Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams
- Support planning submissions, building regulations, and construction information
- Attend site meetings and resolve design and technical issues throughout delivery
Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:
- ARB registered Architect with experience in a UK architectural practice
- Proven experience running projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable
- Strong design, technical detailing, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and project management ability
