We are seeking an experienced I&M Project Manager to assist in coordinating and delivering multidisciplinary work packages across a major rail infrastructure project. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of instrumentation, surveying, and monitoring systems to assess and control the impact of construction works on surrounding infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating interfacing work packages and associated subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure strong safety performance, collaborative delivery, programme compliance, quality standards, sustainability objectives, and effective resource management.
  • Support senior management in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners in line with construction management requirements.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, promoting collaborative behaviours and a high-performance culture to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Manage monitoring subcontractors, reporting, data control, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliance with project requirements and monitoring plans.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Project Management experience within rail or major infrastructure projects.
  • NEC contract experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and project controls knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capability.
