We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established M&E building services company, expanding a Service & Maintenance team with an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Estimator. Over 27 years of industry experience, working on commercial projects nationwide across leisure, education, public, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue quotations for HVAC remedial works and projects up to £100k
- Process client instructions and convert quotations into active jobs
- Place orders with suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors on larger projects
- Liaise with clients, engineers, coordinators, and site teams daily
- Create and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for larger works
- Support the smooth delivery and management of commercial HVAC works across the UK
Qualifications
- Previous experience estimating HVAC repairs and small mechanical projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience pricing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, gas, and plumbing works
