We are seeking an experienced BMS Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a solid background in Trend or Tridium systems to work across a variety of sites, ensuring BMS systems are maintained, optimised, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems
- Diagnose and rectify faults across BMS hardware and software
- Perform system checks, testing, and minor modifications
- Monitor system performance and optimise control strategies
- Troubleshoot communication and integration issues
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Liaise with clients and provide technical support on site
- Support reactive callouts when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium BMS systems
- Experience in BMS service, maintenance, and fault finding
- Valid CSCS/ECS card
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
