As they continue to expand their offering, they are seeking to make a key appointment within their Transport Planning team. An experienced, work-winning Associate is sought to develop the Birmingham Transport Planning team as they expand across the Midlands whilst working with their Northern regions.
This position is a key role as the company embarks on the expansion of this sector while working closely with their long-established head office.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritise the development and nurture client relationships within the Birmingham and wider West Midlands regional property market.
- Actively lead revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Financial responsibility for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality transport planning solutions.
- Be a positive role model for the group while providing support and mentorship to others.
- Build a team with support from transport planning colleagues in the North, to complement their existing Civils & Structures and Geo Environmental Engineering expertise in Birmingham.
- Preferably Chartered with strong client nurturing skills and the ability to manage project delivery effectively.
- Having the drive and passion to grow the business and a team is seen as key, as well as possessing technical excellence and in-depth knowledge of transport and highway issues related to Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Environmental Statements, masterplanning, and highway design.
- Adept at managing project finances and contributing to overall business performance and growth.
