Responsibilities

  • Keep moulding machines and ancillary equipment operating at peak performance
  • Carry out adjustments, maintenance, and minor repairs within your skill set
  • Monitor product quality – checking for visual defects, weight, and conformity
  • Minimise downtime and reduce scrap levels
  • Maintain raw material supply by managing bin changeovers
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Accurately complete quality and production documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mechanical engineering background
  • Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing or production environments
  • Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (e.g. blow moulding, injection moulding) is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (days & nights)
