Responsibilities

  • Senior Project Management position dealing with high quality projects for commercial office spaces.
  • Plan and manage all joinery installation activities to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics in line with project programmes.
  • Oversee on‑site installation works, monitoring progress, quality, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
  • Work closely with Project, Production, and Logistics teams to support smooth delivery and successful handover.

Qualifications

  • Must have joinery, fit‑out or interior installation experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager or Installations manager.
  • Ideally from a fit‑out / soft interiors refurbishment, house‑builder, developer, modular building or furniture market sector.
  • Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ideal to hold SMSTS certification.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with numerous projects on the go.
