Responsibilities
- Senior Project Management position dealing with high quality projects for commercial office spaces.
- Plan and manage all joinery installation activities to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality project delivery.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics in line with project programmes.
- Oversee on‑site installation works, monitoring progress, quality, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
- Work closely with Project, Production, and Logistics teams to support smooth delivery and successful handover.
Qualifications
- Must have joinery, fit‑out or interior installation experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager or Installations manager.
- Ideally from a fit‑out / soft interiors refurbishment, house‑builder, developer, modular building or furniture market sector.
- Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ideal to hold SMSTS certification.
- Full driving licence.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with numerous projects on the go.
