Do you have experience with Quality Control Requirements? Have you completed an Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship? Do you want to work with an industry‑leading company? If your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you!
As the Quality Inspector, you will be working alongside a market‑leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance Functions
- Ensuring product compliance with design specification, customer, and approving authority requirements and regulations
- Providing instruction and advice to operators
- Monitoring the Delegated Operator Scheme
- Writing technical reports to highlight drawing, process, and tooling anomalies to instigate investigation and corrective action
Qualifications and skills
- A recognised Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship
- Familiar with quality control requirements
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly practices, requirements, and standards
- Knowledge of 3D metrology
