Arthur Rose Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Batley for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Setting blades and completing planned preventive maintenance to the customer’s needs
- Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables
- Attend client sites and undertake instructions on PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied
- Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications
- Notify office of parts needed to order
- Liaise with office teams to discuss client requirements
- Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance whilst instructing client on basic fixes
- Working with Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Machine installs and sign offs
Essential Requirements:
- Drivers License
- NVQ 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Good Customer Service Skills
- TIG Welding & Fabricating Skills would be advantageous
Pay: £32,000 to £36,000 DOE
