Town Planner
Location: Bath (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bath. Due to continued growth, they're looking to welcome a Town Planner on a full-time basis, although they're equally open to speaking with experienced Principal or Associate Planners seeking part-time opportunities.
Joining a close-knit planning team of three, you'll work across a varied portfolio of projects, with residential development forming the core of the business alongside mixed-use, retail and heritage-led schemes.
The Role
- Manage planning applications and planning appraisals.
- Provide planning advice across a diverse range of projects.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
About You
- Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
- MRTPI (or working towards) is desirable.
- Residential planning experience is , with exposure to mixed-use, retail or heritage projects being an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
