We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working across a range of internal and external residential refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business delivering high-quality refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of residential refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processes
- Monitor project costs and variations, ensuring financial efficiency
- Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final account negotiations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of both internal and external refurbishment works
- Excellent cost management and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office
- Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field
